WHY IRIS
IRIS, the Greek goddess of rainbows, a symbol of connection, transition, and transformation.
The iris symbolizes healing, vision, and transformation. In EMDR, eye movement supports recovery; in Greek myth, Iris carried messages on a rainbow between worlds. For us, she reflects connection, hope after storms, and the full spectrum of human experience — a reminder that even in challenge, there is light and growth.

EMDR & Disordered Eating

This advanced training equips EMDR clinicians to address disordered eating rooted in trauma and attachment wounds. Learn specialized case conceptualization, treatment planning, preparation techniques, and symptom-focused protocols, while critically examining diet culture and fatphobia to work with this population with confidence and competence.
EMDR & Ego States II
8 CES | Cost: $260
This advanced training equips EMDR clinicians to integrate Ego States Therapy across the 8 phases of EMDR when working with complex trauma and dissociation. Through demonstrations and experiential exercises, participants will learn strategies to enhance safety, readiness, and collaboration, enabling effective, flexible, and transformative trauma treatment.
EMDR & Generational Trauma
6 CES | Cost: $195
Explore and define generational trauma, navigate history taking and learn new skills to work with client’s nervous system to prepare them for reprocessing. The course will apply various treatment planning techniques and participants will learn more about the art of re-evaluation and how it applies to this work.

Neurodiversity Affirming Care

Every nervous system carries its own form of intelligence and resilience. In this one-hour training, we’ll explore how neurodiversity-affirming care helps us move away from pathologizing differences and toward recognizing the adaptive wisdom in how brains and bodies respond to the world. We’ll look at practical ways to create spaces of safety, curiosity, and connection, while also reflecting on how our own ideas about “getting it right” or what therapy is supposed to look like may hold us back. Together, we’ll explore how to collaborate more fully with clients and support movement toward greater nervous system integration.
