ADA Policy

IRIS Training Collective

IRIS Training Collective is committed to providing an inclusive and accessible learning environment for all participants. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and other applicable laws, we make reasonable accommodations to ensure that individuals with disabilities can fully participate in our training programs.

Requesting Accommodations

If you require accommodations due to a disability, please notify us as early as possible—ideally at least two weeks prior to the start of your training—so we can work together to meet your needs. Requests can be submitted via email to: [email protected]

Please include:

  • Your name and contact information

  • The nature of the accommodation being requested

  • Any relevant documentation or information that can help us support your request

All accommodation requests will be handled with confidentiality and care. Our team will reach out to discuss your needs and determine what reasonable modifications can be made to support your access to the training content and experience.

Limitations

While we make every effort to provide reasonable accommodations, there may be limitations based on EMDRIA training requirements or the structure of the practicum and consultation components. We will always strive to find the most accessible path forward in collaboration with each participant.
